About Us

Marica, Rola, and Suzanne share a long history of collaboration through their work at the Toronto-based agencies St. Stephen’s House's Conflict Resolution Training (CRT) program, and The Neighbourhood Group. When CRT made the decision to close its paid services, the three of them came together to preserve its legacy and continue serving the community.
Their mission is to support individuals and organizations in fostering positive relationships—whether with co-workers, family, community members, or friends—through effective conflict resolution strategies.Transforming breakdowns in communication into

Marcia Berkeley

Marcia is a graduate of York University’s Dispute Resolution program. She is an experienced Mediator, Coach and Facilitator with a strong track record in resolving complex disputes. With a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, Marcia is skilled in navigating cases involving intersectional issues where factors such as gender, race, and cultural biases overlap.

Rola Mustafa
MBA | LLM | Q.Med
Rola Mustafa has an accreditation in Mediation from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution based in London, UK. She is a global MBA holder and studied Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as part of her LLM in International Law at the City University of London.
